Swarf; from the ancient Germanic name for shavings and filings of any kind.  Factory Floor Jewels have collected the characteristic fragmented shavings of turned brass, and made a range of jewellery using them including this elegant pair of stud earrings. The gleaming metal shavings sparkle under clear resin in a silver plated setting.
