Amoeba - Giant Microbe

Amoeba Proteus.  Named after the Greek sea god Proteus who could transform himself at will, the amoeba constantly changes shape and colour as it interacts with its environment.  This cuddly version is blue and will not change shape, which is probably just as well as an amoeba eats by engulfing its prey.
